Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Linear issues taken into account in the PPRT of the RHODIA establishment in the municipality of La Rochelle, in Charente-Maritime

Generally speaking, the stakes are people, property, activities, cultural or environmental heritage elements, threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of an issue to a hazard is called “vulnerability”.
This object class brings together all the issues that have been addressed in the RPP study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration depends on the purpose of the RPP and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be considered (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard being addressed.
These elements form the basis of knowledge of the land cover necessary for the development of the RPP, in or near the study area, at the time of the analysis of the issues.

The data on issues represent a (figible and non-exhaustive) photograph of assets and individuals exposed to hazards at the time of the development of the risk prevention plan. This data is not updated after approval of the RPP. In practice they are no longer used: the issues are recalculated as necessary with up-to-date data sources.

一般而言，风险受体指的是受灾害威胁、且可能因此遭受影响或损毁的人员、资产、活动、文化或环境遗产要素。某一事项对灾害的敏感程度被称为“脆弱性（vulnerability）”。
本对象类别涵盖了RPP（风险预防计划，Risk Prevention Plan）研究中涉及的全部事项。所谓事项，是指带有时间标注的对象，其是否被纳入考量取决于RPP的目标以及其在所研究灾害中的脆弱性。因此，是否纳入RPP相关事项，取决于当前所针对的灾害类型。
在事项分析阶段，上述要素构成了在研究区域及其周边开展RPP制定工作所需的土地覆盖认知基础。
本事项数据呈现了风险预防计划制定阶段，受灾害威胁的资产与人员的（虚构且非穷尽的）快照图景。该数据在RPP获批后不再更新。实际应用中该数据已不再被直接使用，而是根据需求通过最新数据源重新计算得到相关事项。
