The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Untere Strasse (Urschrift)” of the municipality of Steinen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: OT Hägelberg, village area, General residential area south of Rechbergstraße.开发规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为施泰嫩（Steinen）市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Untere Strasse（Urschrift）》开发规划。说明：哈格尔贝格片区（OT Hägelberg）属乡村片区，为雷希贝格大街以南的通用居住区。
