Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-076 entered into force on 5.3.1975. A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划。编号为6-076的开发规划于1975年3月5日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划范畴内具有法律约束力的各项确定性规定，是建设管理规划的核心要素。规划编制主体明确了建设活动的选址、建设内容与实施方式。原则上，开发规划必须依托土地利用规划编制完成。本数据集采用欧盟空间信息基础设施土地利用规划（INSPIRE-PLU）数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）网络地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM发布协议获取。
