Latvian and Ukrainian Mesolithic and Neolithic data. Latvia/Ukraine

This study contains six samples from a 3,500 year temporal transect (~8,300-4,800 cal BP) through the Baltic region dating from the Mesolithic to the Late Neolithic as well as two samples spanning the Mesolithic-Neolithic boundary from the Dnieper Rapids region of Ukraine. BAM files for Latvia_MN1, Ukraine_HG1 and Ukraine_N1 contain HiSeq 2000 and MiSeq data. BAM files for Latvia_LN1 contain MiSeq, NextSeq 500 and HiSeq 2000 data.
