The mapping between problems, recovery attemps and their phases in software projects

We employed a case study research approach to gather the factors for troubled software projects from the existing literature to generate an innovative dataset. A comprehensive dataset that serves as a foundational reference for future investigations. We extracted incidents from case study data, generated open codes, and organized these open codes into 18 problem categories and 27 solution categories.  The mapping between open codes, axial codes and phases is documented in dataset.  The codes encapsulate the behavioral patterns or actions of a team that initiate or cause issues or challenges. In developing these codes, we aimed to assign inclusive and comprehensive names for the codes covering specific variants of team behaviors

本研究采用案例研究方法，从现有文献中梳理困境软件项目的影响因素，以此构建创新型数据集。该数据集具备较强全面性，可作为未来相关研究的基础性参考依据。研究团队从案例研究数据中抽取事件条目，生成开放编码（open codes），并将这些开放编码归类为18个问题类别与27个解决方案类别。本数据集已记录开放编码、主轴编码（axial codes）与研究阶段三者之间的映射关系。上述编码涵盖了引发或导致项目问题与挑战的团队行为模式或具体行动。在编码构建过程中，本研究致力于为编码赋予兼具包容性与全面性的命名，以覆盖团队行为的各类具体变体。
