OFDA-aqueous-validation: data and analysis pipeline

Data and reproducible analysis pipeline for the validation of twelve aqueous washing protocols against petroleum ether as the pre-analytical degreasing step for Optical Fibre Diameter Analyser (OFDA) measurement of wool fibres. Includes raw OFDA readings (2,100 measurements), gravimetric weights (700 sub-samples), pilot effect sizes, and the complete R analysis pipeline (six scripts) that reproduces all results, tables and figures of the manuscript.
