新南威尔士州国家公园与野生动物服务处（NSW NPWS）委托开展温伯德尔自然保护区（Winburndale NR）、南加尔国家公园、科尼姆布拉山国家公园及韦丁山国家公园的植被调查，作为制定火灾管理计划的第一阶段工作。本项目核心任务包括通过文献调研编制带注释的参考文献目录，以及开展植被调查以描述植物群落、区系组成与保护现状。

Boden与Mitchell制作的植被图被认为无法满足保护区管理需求，因此1997年，Roger Lembit受巴瑟斯特区NPWS办公室委托开展了更为精细的植被制图工作，即本数据集。

VIS_ID 936
