We genotyped and estimated genetic correlations and coefficient variation (CV). Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) were performed through a mixed linear model for these traits. Then, a meta-analysis was conducted to identify significant SNPs and performed linkage disequilibrium (LD) blocks analysis.

本研究完成了基因分型，并估算了遗传相关系数与变异系数（CV）。针对上述性状，采用混合线性模型开展全基因组关联分析（Genome-wide association studies，GWAS）。随后开展荟萃分析以筛选显著单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNPs），并完成连锁不平衡（linkage disequilibrium，LD）区块分析。
