Synthetic Vasculature Datsets

These synthetic datasets and ground-truth branchpoint labels were generated by Tetteh et al. 2020. Holes in the synthetic datasets were manually filled, and VesselVio branch point identifications were compared to ground-truth branchpoint labels. See Bumgarner & Nelson 2021 for branchpoint label counting methods. Original datasets and original branchpoint labels can be downloaded here.

本合成数据集与真实分支点标注（ground-truth branchpoint labels）由Tetteh等人于2020年生成。合成数据集中的孔洞已通过人工方式补全，同时将VesselVio识别的分支点与上述真实分支点标注进行了比对。关于分支点标注计数方法，可参考Bumgarner与Nelson 2021年的研究成果。原始数据集与原始分支点标注可在此处下载。
