Processes in banking affairs in Portugal Q1 2024

Mobile banking was by far the most used method to process banking matters among bank account holders in Portugal in the first quarter of 2024. According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who processed banking matters via smartphone or tablet was 67 percent. Dealing with banking matters via PC or laptop was also very common, with 62 percent of the respondents indicating this method.
