Linear requirements of the PLU of Bar sur Seine

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the regulation of the area.

城市规划文件的相关要求由《城市规划法典》第R123-11条予以明确规定。规划规制条文以面状、线状或点状信息的形式，呈现于地方城市规划方案（Local Urban Planning Plan, PLU）与土地占用规划（Land Occupation Plan, POS）的图示文件之中。若某一规划规制条文叠加于城市规划文件的某一区域之上，则通常会对该区域的规划管控施加额外约束条件。
