Food rapid testers at Shuiyang Agricultural Products Market in Xuanzhou District adopted colloidal gold immunochromatography assay (GICA) to qualitatively detect salbutamol content in pork samples. A positive result (indicating excessive salbutamol) is yielded when the C line develops color while the T line does not; a negative result is yielded when both the C line and T line develop color. After completing the detection work, the testers entered data such as food name, test order number, test item and detected content into the Anhui Provincial Food Safety Rapid Test Information Sharing Platform. This dataset was exported and organized from the aforementioned platform.
