Population RNA-seq from Th17 cells differentiated in vitro under pathogenic (Th17p) and non-pathogenic (Th17n) conditions with DHEA or EGCG

We investigated the effect of glycolytic inhibitors on Th17 differentiation Overall design: Th17 cells were differentiated in vitro under pathogenic (Th17p; IL1b+IL6+IL23) and non-pathogenic (Th17n; TGFb+IL6) conditions with EGCG (20uM), DHEA (50uM) or their respective solvent control. Five biological replicates (mice) per condition. Cells were pre-labeled with division dye to allow sorting cells that underwent one cell division (Div.1) from the total cell population (Total).
