研究一带一路及其毗邻区域太阳能发电潜力,可以为未来清洁能源发展规划提供决策依据。综合考虑太阳辐射、地表覆被、地形等因素,使用GLCNMO (Version 1) 30”土地覆盖产品,确定不同土地利用类型所对应的因子系数,以计算可用面积;利用SRTM3高程数据,得到坡度限制区域;采用2015年的多源数据协同定量遥感生产系统(MusyQ)的辐射产品,获取2015年地表入射太阳辐射量;结合多因子评估模型,得到一带一路及其毗邻区域0.25°分辨率太阳能发电潜力数据集(2015)。数据结果表明:阿拉伯半岛、伊朗高原以及非洲撒哈拉沙漠地区太阳能发电潜力最大,最高可达400KWh/m²(千瓦时/每平方米)。该数据集分辨率是0.25°,储存为.tif格式,数据量为3.75MB。
Researching the solar power generation potential in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and its adjacent regions can provide decision-making support for future clean energy development planning. By comprehensively considering factors such as solar radiation, land cover and topography, the GLCNMO (Version 1) 30'' land cover product was used to determine the factor coefficients corresponding to different land use types for calculating the available area; SRTM3 elevation data was applied to obtain slope-restricted regions; The radiation product from the Multi-source Data Collaborative Quantitative Remote Sensing Production System (MusyQ) in 2015 was adopted to acquire the surface incident solar radiation in 2015; Combined with the multi-factor assessment model, the 2015 solar power generation potential dataset with a spatial resolution of 0.25° for the BRI and its adjacent regions was developed. The dataset results show that the Arabian Peninsula, the Iranian Plateau and the Sahara Desert region of Africa have the highest solar power generation potential, with a maximum value of up to 400 KWh/m² (kilowatt hours per square meter). This dataset has a spatial resolution of 0.25°, is stored in .tif format, and has a data volume of 3.75 MB.
