This study employs comparative transcriptomic and genomic analyses to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying crustacean responses to cold stress across five economically significant species: <i>Penaeus vannamei</i>, <i>Penaeus indicus</i>, <i>Eriocheir sinensis</i>, <i>Cherax quadricarinatus</i>, and <i>Macrobrachium rosenbergii</i>.
本研究采用比较转录组学与基因组学分析方法,旨在阐明甲壳类动物应对冷胁迫的潜在分子机制,研究对象涵盖五种具有重要经济价值的物种:凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei)、印度对虾(Penaeus indicus)、中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)、红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)以及罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)。
