Data for the manuscript "Comparative study on radiation resistance of tin-lead and pure lead halide perovskite solar cells"

This data set describes the complete data of the characterization results of Sn-Pb mixed and pure Pb perovskite solar cells before and after the gamma-ray irradiation with various dose. The device and material degradation of the perovskite due to total ionizaing dose effect are thus evaluated by these data. These data include the XRD、SEM and J-V relations of the perovskites before and after irradation.
