Genome annotations of <i>Bipolaris</i> and related Pleosporaceae species for comparative genomics.

This dataset provides comprehensive genome annotation data for multiple strains of <i>Bipolaris</i> species and other related fungi within the Pleosporaceae family. The annotated genomes include strains of <i>Bipolaris oryzae</i> (syn. <i>Cochliobolus miyabeanus</i>), along with additional <i>Bipolaris</i> species and representative taxa from Pleosporaceae, which are known for their roles as plant pathogens and producers of diverse secondary metabolites.Annotations were generated using the BRAKER3 pipeline with proteome-guided gene prediction, and were functionally characterized through OmicsBox. 本数据集为旋孢腔菌科（Pleosporaceae）内多种平脐蠕孢属（Bipolaris）菌株及其他相关真菌提供了全面的基因组注释数据。本次注释的基因组涵盖稻平脐蠕孢（*Bipolaris oryzae*，异名：宫部旋孢腔菌*Cochliobolus miyabeanus*）菌株，以及其他平脐蠕孢属物种和旋孢腔菌科的代表性类群；上述类群均为植物病原菌，且可产生多样的次级代谢产物。
本数据集的基因组注释采用BRAKER3流程完成，结合蛋白质组引导的基因预测，并通过OmicsBox完成功能特性表征。针对各菌株，数据集包含以下内容：
1. 从韩国分离得到的稻平脐蠕孢基因组文件（genome_files）
