资源简介:
This file contains the RAW data from 5 Utah-array recordings in the lateral occipital complex in humans from 5 visual/perception experiments: 1. Category. In this experiment, 10 different object categories are presented (Human faces, human bodies, monkey faces, monkey bodies, fruits, animals, tools, objects controlled for monkey bodies, objects controlled for human bodies) 2. Non-scrambled vs scrambled: typical LO-localizer with scrambled and non-scrambled images, subdivided in Color or grayscale. Each group contains 21 stimuli for a total of 84 stimuli. 3. Backward masking with 2 variations: variation 1 with stimuli from the Category experiment, variation 2 with stimuli from the non-Scrambled vs scrambled stimuli. 4. Rivalry: experiment with 5 condition: Binocular presentation of a face (1) or place (2) for 10 seconds. Binocular presentation of face and place alternating at 1 Hz for 10 seconds (3). Binocular rivalry with face in dominant en place in non-dominant eye (4) or the other way around (5). 5. Flash suppression: each trial lasts 1400 ms. During the first 1000 ms, a face or place is presented. After 1000 ms, the initial image continues, or perception changes through real alternation of flash suppression for a total of 6 conditions. 6. Mondrian: isolated responses to mondrians presented for 250 ms 7. Category 16 ms: isolated responses to the same stimuli from the category experiment, but only presented for 16 ms. Each folder might contain the following dataformats: - log or .m : contains the logfile - ns6: raw recordings sampled at 30 kHz - ns2: downsampled LFP at 1000 hz - nev: MUA timestamps that passed the detection treshold (set at -3 SD of the noise) - nex5: offline-spikesorted SUA from the nev file. - _COMBINED.mat: file in which the data already is processed in individual trials based on the log, ns2, nev, and if available, the nex5 file. The different files can be synchronized as follows: - Photo-events in the .log or .m file correspond to the rising edges that are recordings in analog input 2 (AIP2) = channel 130 on the ns2 file. The nev and ns2 file share the same timeline and are automatically synchronized.
