The Digital Catastral Folder (DKM) is the graphical database of the cadastre in the coordinate system of the Austrian State Survey.It is managed by the competent surveying offices by catastral community. The DKM illustrates the location of the plots and contains: — the boundaries of land — the property numbers — Usage limits and symbols — the fixed, border and state border points with their numbers — other presentations The consistency of the data between the DKM and the land register is ensured by a daily comparison of the databases.数字地籍文件夹（Digital Catastral Folder, DKM）是采用奥地利国家测量坐标系构建的地籍图形数据库，由各地籍管辖单元内的主管测绘机构负责运维管理。 该DKM可直观展示宗地的空间位置，包含以下内容： — 土地界址 — 宗地编号、使用限制及对应符号 — 带有编号的固定测点、地界测点及国境界测点 — 其他相关图示 通过每日对两个数据库开展比对工作，可确保DKM与土地登记簿之间的数据一致性。
