Christmas Hills - Woody Weed Control Stage 5 and Learning About Raptors

Sponsored group, Christmas Hills Landcare Group, will undertake this project with the
sponsorship of Farm Tree and Landcare Association Inc. to improve the condition of 4Ha of
remnant vegetation, further improving the quality of a critical habitat corridor that links Kinglake NP to Warrandyte SP through Christmas Hills. It will skill up landholders in woody weed control and recruit more landholders to care for the natural values on their property.

圣诞山土地保育小组（Christmas Hills Landcare Group）作为受资助执行团队，将依托农场林业与土地保育协会有限公司（Farm Tree and Landcare Association Inc.）的资助承接本项目，旨在修复4公顷（hectare，缩写Ha）的残存原生植被，进一步提升贯穿圣诞山、连接国王湖国家公园（Kinglake NP）与沃兰迪特州立公园（Warrandyte SP）的关键生境廊道品质。本项目将培训土地所有者掌握木本杂草防控技术，并招募更多土地所有者参与管护其自有土地上的自然生态价值。
