Genomes of silver carp and bighead carp

The silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) and bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis) are edible fishes among “Four Domesticated Fishes” originated from China and disseminated intensively worldwide. Here, we report the genomes of the two fishes and the sequencing data.

鲢鱼（Hypophthalmichthys molitrix）与鳙鱼（Hypophthalmichthys nobilis）均为原产于中国、并在全球范围内被广泛推广养殖的“四大家鱼（Four Domesticated Fishes）”中的食用鱼类。本研究报道了这两种鱼类的基因组及其测序数据。
