Locations provincial programming living and working (PPWW). The Environmental Vision and Interim Environment Regulation provides that for the choice of location for housing and business parks, work is done through the system of regional programming. This is a cyclical process in which municipalities and Province work together in a regional context. Municipalities have proposed expansion sites for the regional programmes. We assessed these locations on the basis of our provincial environmental policy (in particular the Environment Vision and Interim Environment Regulation). The spatially acceptable expansion sites appropriate to regional and provincial needs estimates are included in the regional programmes and the provincial programme.省级宜居与就业规划选址（PPWW）。《环境愿景与临时环境条例（Environmental Vision and Interim Environment Regulation）》明确规定，住房与商业园区的选址工作需依托区域规划体系推进。该流程为循环协作模式，各市镇与省级行政单位需在区域框架内协同开展工作。各市镇已为区域规划提交扩建场址候选方案。本次评估以省级环境政策为依据，尤其参照《环境愿景与临时环境条例》，对上述选址方案进行了全面评估。符合空间布局要求、适配区域及省级发展需求的扩建场址，将被纳入区域规划与省级规划范畴。
