DFTD spread data

This data represents the thinned dataset of first known cases of DFTD as it spread into new areas of Tasmania. See Cunningham et al. 2021 Ecology Letters for details of data collation and handling. This data was used to fit the pattern-oriented diffusion simulation of DFTD spread across the Tasmanian devil's geographic range.
