Gene expression profiling of Six1-null developing inner ear.

Six1-null mice display developmental defects in the inner ear associated to aberrant senescence. To understand the molecular basis of this phenotype, here we investigated gene expression profiles of otic vesicles from Six1-null and wild-type embryos at developmental stage E10.5.Six1基因敲除小鼠（Six1-null mice）呈现出与异常衰老相关的内耳发育缺陷。为阐明该表型的分子基础，本研究对发育阶段E10.5的Six1-null与野生型胚胎的耳泡（otic vesicles）基因表达谱进行了分析。
