农业企业或配送平台通过监测黄豆酱在各个区域的市场配送均价及正负浮动值,设定合理的价格浮动区间。当价格超过正浮动阈值时,自动触发与物流供应商的调价谈判或替代路线采购预案;当价格低于负浮动阈值时,启动库存储备机制。该数据可应用于以下两大领域:1.行业价格波动预警:实时监控区域配送成本变化。2.政府产业政策制定:为农业补贴提供数据支持。1、数据采集:从本公司账册提取本公司关于不同规格的黄豆酱在温州市、台州市各个区县每月当中每日配送价格的最高价与最低价:2、处理数据:将当月每日配送黄豆酱的最低价与最高价分别进行累加,进而得到当月黄豆酱的配送最低价总和(A)与配送最高价总和(B),进一步通过公式(A+B)/2/该月天数得出当月的黄豆酱配送均价(C),再进一步从本公司账册中提取当月黄豆酱的配送最高价(D)与配送最低价(E),根据+浮动值=(D-C)/C*100%以及-浮动值=(E-C)/C*100%公式,计算出+浮动值与-浮动值的大小,从而根据得出的+浮动值与-浮动值确定配送均价的浮动区间(-浮动值~+浮动值)。
Agricultural enterprises and distribution platforms monitor the average market delivery price and positive/negative fluctuation margins of soybean paste across different regions to establish a reasonable price fluctuation band. When the price exceeds the positive fluctuation threshold, it will automatically initiate price adjustment negotiations with logistics suppliers or alternative route procurement contingency plans; when the price falls below the negative fluctuation threshold, the inventory reserve mechanism will be activated.
This dataset can be applied in two core fields:

1. Data Collection: Extract the daily highest and lowest delivery prices of soybean paste in various specifications from the company’s official account books for each district and county in Wenzhou City and Taizhou City on a monthly basis.
2. Data Processing: First, accumulate the daily lowest and highest delivery prices of soybean paste within the current month to obtain the total monthly lowest delivery price (A) and total monthly highest delivery price (B). Next, calculate the monthly average delivery price (C) of soybean paste using the formula: C = (A + B) / 2 / the number of days in the current month. Then extract the monthly highest delivery price (D) and monthly lowest delivery price (E) from the company’s official account books. Calculate the positive and negative fluctuation margins via the formulas: positive fluctuation margin = (D - C)/C * 100% and negative fluctuation margin = (E - C)/C * 100%. Finally, determine the fluctuation band of the average delivery price as (negative fluctuation margin ~ positive fluctuation margin) based on the calculated positive and negative fluctuation margins.
