XPlanung dataset BPL “Nußdorf-Süd (2nd part change)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Nußdorf-Süd (2nd part change)” of the town of Überlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “Nußdorf Süd, 2nd Partial Change”; last amended by Article 2 of the Law of 11.6.2013.开发计划（BPL）包含城市规划规程中具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为德国于伯林根（Überlingen）市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的“努斯多夫南部（第二部分修改）”开发计划。说明：第4条 一般居住区（WA）；BP“努斯多夫南部，第二部分修改”；该文件最后一次修改依据2013年6月11日颁布的法律第2条。
