Data and codes for the "Translation variation across genetic backgrounds reveals a post-transcriptional buffering signature in yeast" paper

This repository contains the codes used to analyse the RNA-seq and Ribo-seq data pulbished in the "Translation variation across genetic backgrounds reveals a post-transcriptional buffering signature in yeast".

The main analysis were performed using the New_Ribo.R code while the figure were generated using the figure_new.R

All the other files are required at some point in the code. The raw count data is counts.csv for the cannonical mapping and counts.allORFs_pangenome.csv for the pangenome exploration
