Target levels achieved – Diabetes, percentage (%)

The proportion of indicators when the target level has been reached out of the 10 indicators where the National Board of Health and Welfare has set a target level according to national guidelines. Five indicators refer to type 1 diabetes and five refer to type 2 diabetes. For type 2 diabetes, indicators of diabetes in primary care are used, which are considered to respond well to the patient group. Please note that the key figure shows only the proportion of the target indicators achieved, not how close the region is to meeting the target. However, all indicators used in the calculation are shown as underlying ratios.本指标为根据国家指南，由国家卫生与福利委员会（National Board of Health and Welfare）设定达标阈值的10项指标中，已达成目标阈值的指标占比。其中5项指标针对1型糖尿病，剩余5项针对2型糖尿病。针对2型糖尿病的指标选取自基层医疗场景下的糖尿病相关监测指标，此类指标被认为与对应患者群体的适配性更佳。请注意，该关键统计值仅展示已达成目标的指标占比，而非某地区距达标目标的逼近程度。但本次计算所使用的全部指标，均会以基础比率的形式同步展示。
