B-Plan 5-039 Divorce (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 5-039 entered into force on 10.1.1956. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合空间信息基础设施倡议（INSPIRE）规范的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为5-039的开发规划于1956年1月10日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划秩序的法定约束性内容，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管制规则明确规定了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需依托土地利用规划编制而成。该数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟（OGC）的Web地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM格式接口获取。
