In order to evaluate whether LIG produces the anti-fibrotic effects in the liver,we established BDL-induced liver fibrosis mice model and administered with LIG. Then, we collected liver tissues and employed RNA-seq analysis. Mice were randomly divided into sham, bile duct ligation (BDL) and BDL + 10 mg/kg LIG. Liver tissues were collected at the end of different treatment. Total liver RNA was extracted and RNA-sequecing was performed.
