Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association (COMRA) conducted its activities during 2018 according to the Second Five-Year Plan specified in Appendix II to the Polymetallic Sulphides Exploration Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Exploration Contract) between the International Seabed Authority (ISA) and COMRA. In accordance with the provisions specified in Section 10 of the Exploration Contract, COMRA, as the contractor, submits to the Secretary-General of ISA this Annual Report covering its program of activities carried out in the year of 2018.

本数据集的采样数据源自中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会（COMRA）2018年开展的海洋勘探研究工作，该项工作依据国际海底管理局（ISA）与COMRA签订的《多金属硫化物勘探合同》（以下简称“本勘探合同”）附录二中规定的第二个五年计划推进。根据本勘探合同第10节的相关条款，作为承包方的COMRA已向ISA秘书长提交本年度报告，涵盖其2018年度开展的全部活动计划。
