“一带一路”沿线国家石油保障恢复力数据集（2000-2019）

“一带一路”沿线国家石油保障恢复力反映了沿线国家石油保障恢复力水平，数据值越高，表明沿线国家石油保障恢复力越强。石油保障恢复力数据产品制备参考了国际能源署各国能源统计数据，利用2000-2019年“一带一路”沿线国家石油供给和消耗差值的逐年数据，在考虑逐年变化的基础上，基于敏感性和适应性分析，通过综合诊断，制备生成了石油保障恢复力产品。“一带一路”沿线国家石油保障恢复力数据集对分析和对比当前各国石油保障恢复力状况具有重要参考意义。

The oil security resilience of countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) reflects the level of oil security resilience of these nations. A higher dataset value indicates stronger oil security resilience of the BRI participating countries. The oil security resilience data product was developed with reference to national energy statistics from the International Energy Agency (IEA). Using annual data on the gap between oil supply and consumption of BRI countries from 2000 to 2019, and considering annual variations, the oil security resilience product was generated through comprehensive diagnosis based on sensitivity and adaptability analysis. This dataset has important reference value for analyzing and comparing the current oil security resilience status of various countries along the BRI.
