Exploring the mechanism of B. vulgatus/Naringenin in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion-induced intestinal injury

To elucidate the protective mechanisms of Naringenin and B. vulgatus against intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury, we performed RNA sequencing to reveal that these interventions exert their beneficial effects through regulation of key differentially expressed genes and pathway, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for developing novel intestinal protective strategies.
