AREA C: hourly accesses 2015 divided by authorisations

The dataset shows, for the year 2015, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras on the entrance gates to area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing the vehicles authorised for access from those unauthorised. The definition *authorised* is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised for free access by means of a specific authorisation.
