Phenotypic and genotypic datasets and R scripts used for the analysis

The files contains all the R scripts, and phenotypic and genotypic datasets used for performing genome enabled sparse testing in Miscanthus. The phenotypes include dry weight, fresh weight and moisture content. The genotypic datasets contains 13,630 SNPs.

本数据集包含全部用于开展芒属（Miscanthus）基因组辅助稀疏测试的R脚本、表型数据集及基因型数据集。其中表型性状涵盖干重、鲜重与含水率。基因型数据集包含13630个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）。
