Dataset of Bacillus subtilis NRS-762 in pure culture on different agar media

Bacillus subtilis is an important biotechnology workhorse, but many undomesticated Bacillus subtilis strains exist, and research on these strains are uncovering hitherto unknown facets into their cell biology, metabolism, and physiology. This dataset comprises pictures of B. subtilis NRS-762 in pure culture format on different agar media, including an in-house formulated colourless agar medium. Incubation conditions were 30 oC for variable period of time depending on experiment need.
