Code for green financing constraints and labor investment efficiency

This archive contains the code necessary to replicate the findings presented in the article titled “Heterogeneity in the Effect of Green Financing Constraints on Labor Investment Efficiency: A Causal Forests Approach.”

Our empirical analysis is based on comprehensive datasets sourced from the Wind Information Database (WIND) and the China Stock Market & Accounting Research (CSMAR) database. These databases provide extensive financial and economic information essential for our study. As both datasets are proprietary, access rights can be obtained by following the protocols outlined on the WIND (https://www.wind.com.cn) and CSMAR (https://data.csmar.com). The data selection criteria for this research are detailed in the paper.
