<div>With the publication of the housing map, the Review Committee on Land Values contributes to improving transparency on the land market. The classification of the residential areas was based on the expertise of experience and local knowledge. In addition, the published definitions of residential areas from the relevant specialist literature, as well as by well-known institutes were included. The various influencing factors were transferred to Bielefeld and taken into account accordingly. In the inner city area, the ground values correlate with the residential area. However, good residential areas are also recorded in the secondary centres at moderate ground level. This appearance is universal; not only does it apply to Bielefeld. The residential area map refers exclusively to residential, mixed and core areas. No quality of housing is reported for commercial areas and public areas and outdoor areas.</div> <DIV> </DIV> <div>The residential areas depicted describe the predominant character of the areas. The housing quality of individual plots may differ.</div>随着住宅片区地图的发布，土地价值审查委员会（Review Committee on Land Values）为提升土地市场透明度作出了积极贡献。本次住宅片区的分类工作，依托行业实操经验与本地实地调研知识开展，同时纳入了相关专业学术文献及知名机构发布的住宅片区定义标准。各类影响因子均适配比勒费尔德（Bielefeld）本地实际，并已纳入本次评估的考量范畴。内城区域的土地基准地价与住宅片区等级呈现显著相关性，但次级城市中心的中等地价区间也分布有优质住宅片区。这一现象具备普适性，并非仅适用于比勒费尔德本地。 本住宅片区地图仅涵盖住宅用地、混合功能片区与核心区域，未对商业用地、公共用地及户外用地的住宅品质作出任何说明。 图示住宅片区仅体现该区域的主导属性特征，单个地块的实际住宅品质或存在差异。
