PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding with a better mechanical characteristic, a preboard producing the molding, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A molding 20 comprises reinforcement fibers 21, inflatable material 22 filled therebetween, and binding resin 23 binding them. A central part 250 thereof has an area 155 in which a binding resin ratio in total of the reinforcement fibers and the binding resin is higher than that of a front surface part 251 and a rear surface part 252, and the inflatable material 22 is condensed more in the central part 250 rather than the other parts. A preboard comprises reinforcement fibers, heat-inflatable capsules enclosed therebetween, and binding resin binding them. A central part thereof has an area in which a binding resin ratio in total of the reinforcement fibers and the binding resin is higher than that of a front surface part and a rear surface part, and the heat-inflatable capsules are aggregated more in the central part rather than the other parts. A method producing the molding comprises an inflating step of inflating the inflatable capsules enclosed in the preboard and a molding step of producing the molding. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
