Parasite proteins identified in interaction with the UA1936 bifunctional compound.

Parasites were incubated in the presence or absence of the UA1936 bifunctional choline analog and in the presence of the UA2050 inactive bifunctional compound. UA1936-interactiing proteins were subsequently photocrosslinked and clicked to an alkyne resin to be identified by mass spectrometry. Means of peptide spectrum matches (PSM) of three independent experiments are indicated for each experimental condition together with the standard deviaton (SD).*Fold enrichment was calculated by dividing the mean spectral counts of samples incubated with UA1936 by the mean spectral counts of samples incubated either without UA1936 or with UA2050.
