提供農村發展及水土保持署土石流歷年警戒發布紀錄資料載，包括：(DisasterID(災害編碼)、DisasterName(災害名稱)、DisastrtReport(發布報次)、Debrisno(潛勢溪流編號)、Alerttype(警戒狀態(y:黃色警戒、r:紅色警戒))、CreateTime(發布時間)等欄位，須查詢DisasterID災害編碼，於URL：https://246.swcb.gov.tw/api/DebrisAlertDetail/List ，取得災害編碼在網頁連結上加入災害編碼 https://246.swcb.gov.tw/api/DebrisAlertDetail/List/災害編碼(例 106A、105B等等)即可取得土石流警戒發布紀錄。

This dataset provides annual historical warning release records of debris flows from the Rural Development and Water Conservation Agency, including the following fields: DisasterID (disaster code), DisasterName (disaster name), DisastrtReport (number of release reports), Debrisno (potential debris flow stream code), Alerttype (warning status: y for yellow alert, r for red alert), and CreateTime (release time). To retrieve the corresponding debris flow warning release records, you need to query using the DisasterID (disaster code). Append the disaster code to the base URL https://246.swcb.gov.tw/api/DebrisAlertDetail/List/; for example, accessing https://246.swcb.gov.tw/api/DebrisAlertDetail/List/106A or https://246.swcb.gov.tw/api/DebrisAlertDetail/List/105B will return the records matching the respective disaster code.
