Schedule B-10: 15Year Road Network reflects planned future road links expected to be required to accommodate the city growth and development within the next 15years. The Map is based on EMME/3 transportation modeling and the Transportation Network Planning Study (AECOM, 2009). Therefore, the actual road network improvements will depend on how closely city growth matches the projections used in the model. The links are classified into: •Provincial Highways (MoTI jurisdiction): intended to connect Prince George to other regions of the province and beyond. •Arterial Roads: intended for the movement of large volumes of people and goods between different areas of the city; •Major and Minor Collector Roads: intended for the movement of people and goods between local roads and the arterial road network, while providing some degree of access to adjacent properties; and•Local Roads: intended primarily to provide access to adjacent properties.

附表B-10：15年道路网络，该数据集反映了为适配未来15年城市增长与发展所需的规划拟建道路连接线。本地图基于EMME/3交通建模工具及《交通网络规划研究》（AECOM，2009）编制。因此，实际的道路网络升级方案将取决于城市增长与模型所采用的预测的契合程度。
道路连接线分为以下类别：
• 省级公路（MoTI管辖）：旨在连接乔治王子城（Prince George）与省内其他地区及省外区域；
• 城市主干道：用于实现城市不同区域间大规模人员与货物的通行；
• 主次集散道路：用于实现本地道路与主干道网络之间的人员及货物转运，同时为相邻地块提供一定程度的通行接入；
• 本地道路：主要用于为相邻地块提供通行接入。
