This folder contains the code used to generate the Figure 8.
This code is used to quantify the critical gap size from simulation of bond dynamics using the full general model.
This code is used to plot the on rate as a function of gap size d, off rate as a function of d, the intersection of on and off rate and the quantified critical gap size distribution from simulation. (Figure 8 A).
This code has been used to find the roots of the equations 26, equation 28 and equation 23 and the approximation from Mulla et al. to determine the analytical estimates of critical gap size and to plot with the histogram of critical gap size from simulations. (Figure 8 B and C).
This notebook contains the simulation codes, relavent parameters, codes to find roots of relavant analytical functions, analytical functions and plotting functions.
