Artifact Database, Field School at the Troyer Site (12WB116) 1975-1976

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District archaeological collections were sent to the Veterans Curation Program’s (VCP) St. Louis laboratory in May 2011. The St. Louis VCP laboratory is a USACE, St. Louis District’s Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections program, which is staffed through Brockington and Associates, Inc., an archaeological contract firm located in Norcross, GA.

The procedures employed to re-house the archaeological material from the Field School at the Troyer Site (12WB116) 1975–1976 investigation are discussed in the artifact report and follow those procedures utilized by the St. Louis VCP laboratory. In the re-housing process of each investigative effort of the USACE, Louisville District collection, the same standard procedures and Applied Archaeology Laboratories, Ball State University (AAL) guidelines were followed. Upon completion of the curation management project, the collection was sent to AAL for permanent curation.

美国陆军工程兵团（U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USACE）路易斯维尔分区的考古藏品于2011年5月被移送至退伍军人藏品保护项目（Veterans Curation Program, VCP）圣路易斯实验室。该圣路易斯VCP实验室隶属于美国陆军工程兵团圣路易斯分区，是考古藏品保护与管理强制专家中心项目，其人员配置由位于佐治亚州诺克罗斯的考古承包企业Brockington and Associates, Inc.承担。

针对1975—1976年特洛伊尔遗址（12WB116）田野考古实习发掘所出土的考古资料的重新收纳流程，已在文物报告中予以说明，并遵循了圣路易斯VCP实验室所采用的相关规范。在对美国陆军工程兵团路易斯维尔分区所有考古发掘项目的藏品进行重新收纳的过程中，均严格执行了统一的标准流程，以及鲍尔州立大学应用考古实验室（Applied Archaeology Laboratories, Ball State University, AAL）的相关指南。该藏品保护管理项目完成后，这批藏品被移送至AAL进行永久馆藏保管。
