CCMACS budgets

Budget data from the Community of Municipalities Maremne Adour Côte Sud (CCMACS), in accordance with the “totem” standard (Totalisation and Enrichment of Maquettes), used by local authorities in the context of the “Budgetary Acts” project, in order to transmit their accounting data to the central tax administration (see attached documentation). For better discoverability, data are also available in CSV format according to the budget schedule defined by the Local Data Socle (SCDL/ https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs/schemas/budget.html) — Open Data France/ https://www.opendatafrance.net/)) and taken up by schema.data.gouv (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/budget/latest.html)本数据集为马雷姆-阿杜尔-南海岸市镇共同体（Community of Municipalities Maremne Adour Côte Sud，缩写CCMACS）的预算数据，遵循“totem”标准（全称：汇总与模型增强（Totalisation and Enrichment of Maquettes））。该数据由地方当局在“预算法案（Budgetary Acts）”项目框架内使用，用于向中央税务总局传输其会计核算数据（详见附件文档）。为提升数据可发现性，本数据集还可按照地方数据基座（Local Data Socle，缩写SCDL，链接：https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs/schemas/budget.html）定义的预算规范，采用逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）格式提供；该格式由法国开放数据（Open Data France，链接：https://www.opendatafrance.net/）推广，并被schema.data.gouv（链接：https://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/budget/latest.html）采纳。
