Number of owners of immovable property

This table shows the number of real estate owners in Belgium on 1 January of each year. “Owner” means the holder of rights in immovable property. This right can be of different types (full property, usufruct, bare-ownership, emphytheosis,...). Since 2015 we have applied a calculation method in which owners with plots in different municipalities are counted only once. From the data on 1 January 2017, owners are subdivided by legal nature and for natural persons, by gender. Over the past 3 years, we have not seen any relevant fluctuations in the number of owners. This number increases slightly each year.本表格统计了比利时每年1月1日的不动产所有者人数。“所有者”指的是享有不动产产权的主体，该产权涵盖多种类型：完全所有权（full property）、用益权（usufruct）、空所有权（bare-ownership）、永佃权（emphytheosis）等。自2015年起，本次统计采用统一计算规则：若同一所有者拥有多个不同市镇的地块，仅计为1次统计对象。自2017年1月1日的统计数据起，所有者按法律性质进行分类；对于自然人所有者，进一步按性别划分组别。近三年来，所有者总数未出现显著波动，且每年均保持小幅增长态势。
