This release comprises a fictional radial power distribution system located on a road-network from Piedmont, California, USA. The system nodes' coordinates rely on projection EPSG:4326 or WGS 84. The test case mainly comprises 46 switches and 68 buses, totalling two substations with two feeders each. The first substation, DS01, holds two connection points and 2041 customers distributed on 30 buses. The other substation, DS02, also with two connection points, contains 2656 customers distributed on 38 buses. Additionally, the nine interconnections switches provide diverse manoeuvre possibilities between the feeders, including internal manoeuvres, and support customers' relocation to other branches. Consequently, this scheme containing two critical infrastructures can be applied to fault simulations and in-field crews' operations, such as switch manoeuvring and routing.
Following, a brief description of the nodes' fields:
substation: it identifies the substation that the node is allocated
feeder: it identifies the feeder that the node is allocated
label: it is the ID for each node
type: this field contains the type of each node; switch, bus, or root. This last one denotes that the node is a substation
interconnection: it is flagged by "1" if the node is an interconnection switch, and "0" otherwise
customers: it detains the number of customers for each bus
x: latitude
y: longitude
geometry: this field contains the shapely's geometry object for each point
Next, a brief description of the edges' fields:
substation: it identifies the substation that the node is allocated

from: it is a node label as an endpoint of an edge in a graph representation
to: it is a node label as an endpoint of an edge in a graph representation
