"In June and July 2007, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an intensive cultural
resources survey of the 112-acre Jamestown Tract in Charleston County, South Carolina. This
work was conducted through HLA, Inc., for Jamestown Properties in anticipation of
development activities in the project area. This survey provides compliance with state laws and
federal regulations concerning the management of historic properties (i.e., sites, buildings,
structures, objects, and districts eligible for or listed on the National Register of Historic Places
[NRHP]) affected through development activities in the Coastal Zone of South Carolina. ..."
