The project is focused on the effect of temperature on methanogen diversity during sewage sludge stabilization.Biogas fermenters were inoculated with sewage sludge from WWTP Modrice and were subsequently cultured for 18 days at four different temperatures. Along with biogas composition analyses and other chemical assays, methanogen diversity was also assessed.
