Effects of the Social Acoustical Environment on Zebra Finch Auditory Pallium Development

These data are from a study of the effects of the early social-acoustical environment on the responses of neurons in the auditory pallium of zebra finches to conspecific songs presented on their own or embedded in synthetic colony noise. The data files include the stimuli used in the study and the spike time responses from single units recorded using extracellular electrophysiology from birds aged between 18 and 110 days post hatch
